We know you will continue to model the best of Dialogue Education because we've seen it in your genetic coding, in every aspect of your work with Global Learning Partners and the Dialogue Education community (How do we know it's in your DNA? We just saw it, again and again!).

You've been an ideal colleague: constantly balancing the vision and practice of Dialogue Education with the demands of building a successful enterprise, the hopes and dreams of clients, and the talents and eccentricities of your colleagues. You have earned the respect of many!

You've also been a great co-teacher and designer. We know that many of us have integrated your talents into our own teaching and learning repertoire. Your graphic organizers were especially sought after.

You've helped bring Global Learning Partners to a good place, Dwayne.
