Trusting the Learner

Whenever I feel trepidation about the
subject, or am concerned about the size of the crowd, or my
preparedness, or whatever; I seek solice in this principle...of
trust. Then, if I can calm down, and ask the right questions,
LISTENING to the answers, the class takes care of itself. The
participants have so much wisdom and creativity to share. I
am reinforced each time by their contributions.
