at Global Learning Partners
by
Peter Noteboom s The
blink of an eye! Global Learning Partners has been working from Toronto for five
years already. While Peter
Noteboom concentrated on teaching and modeling dialogue education in a variety
of settings around the globe, Connie
Kuipers concentrated on managing the day-to-day relationships with teachers
and clients as well as the financial and business development. Christina
deJong joined us three years back to create our website, promotional materials,
and to manage course logistics. Dwayne
Hodgson joined us two years ago to take the lead in introducing dialogue education
to Canada. With the help of Darlene
Goetzman, we are now in a business planning process that has proposed a new
range of responsibilities to match new challenges in the organizational growth
cycle. One thing we know for sure, these institutional changes will create more
institutional change! Peter is now on
a much-needed sabbatical from traveling and teaching dialogue education; as Managing
Director he is now concentrating on financial management and strategic planning
in the GLP office.
Connie, as US
Programs Director, is stretching into increased teaching responsibilities, and
concentrating on developing business and learning relationships with clients in
the United States.
Dwayne, as
Canadian and International Programs Director, is reaching out from Canada to all
International Programs, taking the lead in relationships with international development
agencies and partnerships in dialogue education around the world.
Christina,
as Communications Director and Course Logistics Coordinator, continues to expand
and develop her work around the website, communicating news and events, promoting
Global Learning Partners, and managing course logistics.
We
continue to search for the elusive business model that will provide confident
and reasonable work responsibilities and sufficient financial resources for the
long haul. GLP is confident of the quality of consulting and educational services
and resources it offers, and we know that the next phase of its business cycle,
the next blink of an eye, will offer rewarding opportunities of dialogue for you
and us. <<back
