GLP Staff and a group of Senior Associates and Dialogue Education Institute Working Groups members met in Rhode Island from October 1-2, 2005 to follow-up on the initiatives started at the Institute last May. The working groups provided the following updates:

Dialogue Education Institute 2006 Working Group:
Organizing to mark the 25th Anniversary of GLP/Jubilee!
Vermont, Fall 2006. Dates and location t.b.d

Curriculum Review Committee:
Conducted a survey of Associates and named three new course offerings that GLP will launch. Look for an announcement in the next few months.

Virtual Learning Community:
Has explored several on-line and teleconference options for building more community for our far-flung colleagues. They've started by launching the VOICES listserv!

Professional Development Association:
Has conducted an online survey of people's experiences with professional development groups. Will be following up with a second survey to ask what kind of a Dialogue Education PDA would best suit everyone's needs.

Public Course Working Group:
Has met to discuss new course offerings for 2006 around the world. Check in to see our developing 2006 schedule from time to time!
