Workshop Registration and Cancellation Policies
Registration Policy
Payment in full is due at time of registration. Early Bird pricing will automatically apply to all registrations completed by the specified date for each course.
Tuition for US courses is shown and payable in USD. Tuition for courses
held in Toronto, Canada is shown and payable in Canadian dollars. GST applies to Canadian courses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 21 calendar days prior to the first day of the course to be eligible for a tuition refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. (Please note that any service fees charged directly by the online registration service are not refundable, and apply in addition to the $50.00 cancellation fee.)
Cancellations received later than 21 calendar days in advance of the course are not eligible for a refund.
Participant substitutions are welcome with a 14-day notification (to ensure the personalization of workshop material).
Global Learning Partners reserves the right to cancel any workshop 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the workshop. In such instance, tuition fees will be reimbursed in full.
Global Learning Partners is not responsible for any travel related fees or expenses incurred by participants.
FAQs for International Registrations
Each year, participants from all over the world travel to workshops held in the United States and Canada to learn the Dialogue Education™ approach to learning design and facilitation. Global Learning Partners welcomes these learners, and the opportunity to support these participants as they apply what they've learned when they return to
their home country.
To facilitate registration by participants traveling from locations outside the United States or Canada, please take note of the following:
- Lodging is not included in the course registration and must be arranged separately.
Registrants are responsible for making all of their own arrangements, including travel and lodging arrangements, and obtaining a visa.
- The default method of payment for course tuitions is by credit card, at the time of registration.
- Learners who reside outside the United States or Canada and cannot pay by credit card should provide us contact information for a specific person in their organization to whom we can provide wire transfer information and work with directly to facilitate the tuition payment, and

Request instructions from us to complete their registration without using a credit card.
- Upon request, once a participant has completed his or her registration for a course, Global Learning Partners will provide a letter of invitation addressed to the appropriate Embassy, in support of the registrant's visa application.
- In order for Global Learning Partners to prepare the letter of invitation, registrants need to provide us the following information:
- place of birth
- date of birth
- nationality
- address of current residence
- name and contact details of employer
- passport number
- expected dates of travel (to and from the Unites States or Canada)
